Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with OSQ Quilts! We do our best to package and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing Times
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During sales, holidays, new collection releases, or high-volume preorder periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment.
Preorders
Preorder items are items that have been ordered from the manufacturer but have not yet arrived in our shop. Estimated arrival and shipping dates are listed in the product description whenever available.
Please note that preorder release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer delays, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, your order may be held until all items are available to ship unless separate shipping arrangements are made.
Shipping Labels & Tracking
Shipping labels may be created before your package is physically handed over to the carrier. Tracking updates may take time to appear and are controlled by the shipping carrier once the label has been generated.
Occasionally, USPS or another carrier may scan or update tracking incorrectly. OSQ Quilts is not responsible for carrier scanning errors, delayed tracking updates, or packages marked incorrectly by the carrier, but we will always do our best to help you resolve any issue.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Orders are shipped using USPS or another available carrier at our discretion.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, missing, or marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first, as they will have the most accurate delivery information.
You are also welcome to contact us, and we will help where we can.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. OSQ Quilts is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once a label has been created or the package has been processed.
Shipping Overages
If the actual shipping cost is significantly less than the amount charged at checkout, we may refund excess shipping charges at our discretion.
