Return Policy

At OSQ Quilts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items under the following conditions.


Returns

Returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unused and unwashed

Uncut and unaltered

In their original condition

Free from odors, pet hair, or other signs of use

Fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, or used in any way is not eligible for return.


Color Variations

We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our fabrics and products. However, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, mobile device, screen settings, and lighting conditions.

Because of these variations, slight differences between the color displayed on your screen and the actual product are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

If you have questions about a fabric’s color before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Digital products and downloadable patterns

Cut fabric less than the original purchased length

Clearance, sale, or discontinued items

Gift cards

Custom or special-order products

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
